General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by LMC Services (hereinafter referred to as „we“, „us“) towards private customers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as „customer“, „you“).
By booking a service you accept these GTC. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. scope of services
We offer professional services in the field of:
- Building Cleaning
- Stairwell Cleaning
- Maintenance & office cleaning
- Building cleaning (rough and fine)
- Post-Move or Renovation Cleaning
- Clearing out
- Event cleaning (cleaning before, during and after events)
- Property management service
- Winter road clearance & traffic safety
- Garden care & outdoor areas
- Furniture and removal service
- Security & parking service (event security and parking management pursuant to § 34a GewO)
The specific scope of services, schedule and price are agreed individually before the start of the order and recorded in writing (by e-mail or booking confirmation).
3. conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded by:
- Your booking enquiry (online, by telephone or in writing)
- Our written confirmation (e-mail with booking confirmation)
We reserve the right to refuse booking enquiries without giving reasons. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a contract.
4 Prices and payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are subject to value added tax (VAT), unless expressly stated as gross prices.
4.2 Terms of payment
For private customers: Payment after service provision by bank transfer or in cash.
For entrepreneurs: Payment within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.
4.3 Advance payments
For larger projects (> €500) we may require an agreed deposit.
5 Dates and cancellation
5.1 Confirmation of appointment
Booking dates are confirmed within 24-48 hours of enquiry. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or SMS.
5.2 Cancellation by customers
Cancellations are possible free of charge until:
- 24 hours before the appointment for standard services
- 72 hours before the deadline for major projects (> €1000)
In the event of later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed price as a cancellation fee.
5.3 Cancellation by us
We can postpone or cancel appointments in the event of
- Staff illness
- Severe weather or other force majeure
- Unavailability of the customer on the agreed date
In these cases, a new appointment will be arranged free of charge.
6. warranty
6.1 Complaint
Complaints must be made within 24 hours in writing (e-mail) to privacy@lmc-services.de after the service has been provided.
6.2 Warranty periods
- Private customers (consumers): 2-year warranty according to § 437 BGB
- Entrepreneur: 1 year warranty
6.3 Rework
In the event of justified complaints, we will rectify the defect within 7 days or grant an appropriate price reduction.
6.4 Exclusions
Excluded from the warranty are
- Wear and tear or existing damage that existed before the commencement of benefits
- Damage due to improper use by the customer
- Normal soiling between cleaning intervals
7. liability
7.1 General liability
We are only liable for damages in the event of:
- Prefix
- Gross negligence
- Breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
7.2 Limitation of liability
Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
7.3 Insurance
All work is covered by public liability insurance.
7.4 Exclusion
No liability for:
- Valuables (jewellery, cash) - please secure before the start of the service
- sensitive or non-standard surfaces without prior consultation
- Damage due to undisclosed hazards (e.g. defective electrical appliances)

By using our website and booking our services, you accept our terms and conditions. Privacy policy.
- Cookies are only set with express consent (GDPR/TTDSG)
- Personal data is only processed for the fulfilment of the contract
- Consent can be revoked at any time

9 Intellectual property
All contents of this website (texts, images, logos) are protected by copyright. Any use, reproduction or distribution without express written authorisation is prohibited.
10. right of cancellation (consumer)
Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation for distance selling contracts. For details see Cancellation policy.
Exception: The right of cancellation shall expire prematurely if you expressly agree that we may commence performance before the expiry of the cancellation period.
11. final provisions
11.1 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, the law of their habitual residence also applies (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).
11.2 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the court responsible for the registered office of our company in Hesse, provided that you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is their place of residence (§ 13 ZPO).
11.3 EU dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11.4 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
11.5 Changes
Amendments to these GTC must be made in writing. This also applies to the written form requirement itself.
