Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us (LMC Services, Ibrahim Awad, e-mail: privacy@lmc-services.de, phone: +49 176 61062234) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the service should commence during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation expires for services if:

• we have provided the service in full
• you have expressly agreed before the start of the execution that we begin with the execution before the expiry of the cancellation period
• You have confirmed that you are aware that the right of cancellation expires upon complete fulfilment of the contract

§ Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB: The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in areas where the prior physical presence of the consumer is required (cleaning services at the customer's location).

  Regular care of stairwells and hallways in residential and office buildings
• Maintenance & office cleaning
  Regular cleaning of offices and workspaces following a fixed cleaning schedule
• Building cleaning
  Rough and fine post-construction cleaning after new builds, conversions or renovations
• Post-Move or Renovation Cleaning
  Final cleaning of move-in-ready rooms after moving or renovation
• Clearing out
  Sensitive flat and house clearances, including after bereavement or senior relocations
• Event cleaning
  Cleaning & trade-fair service before, during and after exhibitions, weddings and corporate events

Property services

• Property management service
  Comprehensive care of your property including inspection rounds and minor repairs
• Winter road clearance & traffic safety
  Snow clearance and gritting service in accordance with municipal regulations
• Garden care & outdoor areas
  Lawn care, hedge trimming and maintenance of outdoor areas
• Furniture & removal service
  Packing, transport and assembly for moves
• Security & parking service
  Event security and parking management without a firearms licence pursuant to § 34a GewO

If you have expressly asked us to start the service before the cancellation period has expired, you hereby confirm that you are aware that the right of cancellation expires when the service has been provided in full.
